Some concern given upstream & inland location of sighting c2km east of Tallowbridge in the River Bride, tributary of the Blackwater, in Co. Waterford. Video clips forwarded to IWDG by Cllr. Conor D. McGuinness don't suggest poor health, but as it is c26 km away from openwater at Youghal it's location isn't ideal |
