Marine Policy and Advocacy Officer
Eva is the Marine Policy and Advocacy Officer at IWDG, leading on Marine Protected Area (MPA) issues and supporting the Fair Seas campaign. With a background in marine conservation science and spatial ecology, she works at the interface of policy, science, and community engagement to promote strong protections for Ireland’s marine biodiversity.
Originally from France, Eva has spent the past years gaining experience across several countries before settling in Ireland. With two master’s degrees in hand, one international and one research-focused, she brings hands-on experience in both scientific research and marine fieldwork. Now, she is committed to ensuring Ireland’s marine policies reflect both ecological integrity and social responsibility.
