Slea Head, Co. Kerry IWDG Land-based Whale Watch

As part of Biodiversity week, an IWDG representative will explain how to observe, identify and record marine mammals, sharks, and sea bird species from the headland while discussing the pressures they face. This event is family friendly and open to all members of the public with an interest in marine mammals and biological recording. We encourage you to bring binoculars/spotting scopes as well as suitable wet gear for unpredictable weather conditions.
We hope to encourage people to record marine biodiversity, connect with their local area, and take responsibility.
