The battle to save the Westcountry’s hunted dolphins could see a much expected breakthrough as a European Parliament commissioner has promised to consider urgent action.
For more than two months, Adrian Sanders, Lib-Dem MP for Torbay, has been pressing for an in-depth debate on the plight of dolphins with European Fisheries Commissioner Franz Fischler.
