1) insert a new table with border set to 0 (zero) and
either 1 row and 1 column
or 2 rows and 1 column
2) upload a photo to the upper cell
3) if you have set a single row, then use the "caption" to add caption text
or if you have set 2 rows, then use the lower cell to add caption text
4) The end result will look like this:
