The IWDG are delighted to announce we have appointed Lorraine Bull as our new General Manager and Communications Officer. Lorraine has been a member of the IWDG for many years and attended a number of courses including the Cape Clear Whale Watching weekend and SMART sea training onboard Celtic Mist.
Lorraine has a degree in Zoology from Trinity College Dublin and qualifications in project management and accounting. Along with experience in financial and office management, Lorraine has worked with several environmental organisations in Ireland and abroad on conservation projects, campaigns, education and marine surveys.
She will be co-ordinating the day to day IWDG activities and managing its administration including book-keeping. We'd like to take this opportunity to wish her every success in her new role.
